My sister is having her first baby-its a boy. However she wants to name it -- Beegie Ish Marshson

*marshson is her last name.

how do i let her know its a horrible name! & h**l get made fun of the rest of his life!! help

Why not Benjamin and call him something for a nickname - Ben perhaps?

Please tell your sister that her child is a HUMAN BEING and not a DOG. Save the 'original' (puke) names for pets and give children real names.

the best names are real names.traditional spellings and gender appropriate.they are refined and command respect not shame and ridicule like these trailer park versions of unique phony so called names!!!

Kindly say "I understand you want something original, but I think Beegie is WAYY too original. How about something a bit more common for the first name so he doesn't get picked on, and then you can make Beegie or Ish the middle name." I think like Johnathon or Matthew are good names.

Remind her that if the kid is fat, he will be teased b/c his name is so close to Biggie. Kids who get teased tend to kill people in this screwed up day and age.

I don't mind Ish. But, Beegie is just bad.
