  3. The main effect the boomers (I'm one of them) will have on the U.S. is...................a substantial reduction in living standards and a continued selective amnesia concerning the national debt (now at about $10 trillion.)

    Interest rates are at an all-time low, deficit spending is at an all-time high, and increased industrial technology is a joke as it is mostly focused on nothing but entertainment, "security," and private transportation.
