  1. I hope so!

  2. Its just like school.   One person put glue and tacks on the teachers seat and everyone gets h**l no matter what.

  3. are we lacking common sense here?????.....would it be o.k if i watch while someone beats you up, or steals your stuff?NO,I THINK NOT.......You are just as guilty as the thieves,if you are going to do the crime ,be prepared to do the time, one way or another....COMMON SENSE!!!!!!!!!!!

  4. You bet ye!

  5. Yes, you can be charged as an accomplice. Whether or not you go to juvi is up to the judge. Just act extremely remorseful and don't give out any kind of attitude to the judge!  And don't do that again!

  6. Your an accomplice to a crime. yes!

  7. If you haven't been charged with anything (and depending on how long ago) than you are not going to jail.

The chances that you get charged depend on the level of cooperation you give to the police. If you approach them, help them finish the investigation and help them find the ones who broke in with you, you could just get community service.

I suggest you talk to your parents about this and ask them to get you in contact with a lawyer. Then your lawyer can make a deal for you and help you resolve this matter in your life.

Also take this as a life lesson and get on the straight and narrow before you do something that will put you in a real prison.
