A lot of weather charts are given out every 6 hours (like 6am, 12pm etc.). So which one would you use when....

..... it is 9 am? The chart valid from 6 am or the chart from 12 pm?

These all charts are used for flight planning purpose

these charts r issued or updated every 6 hours

so depends on the time of flight what time flight is going they will use the latest available when they r on ground

rest flight dispatch will use to plan the flight and updateing the flight

other than charts there is METAR(materalogical actual report) and TAF(terminal aerodrome forcast) these r the two way or format weather is issued in aviation world
