A lot of wild pixels keep frequently flashing on my 50" plasma?

Mostly seen during black parts of the screen I can see random pixels flicker different colors.. we have a 3 year warranty from circuit city, can they fix this?

If this happens when the set is tuned to an unused input (black screen), or if appears on more than one input source (DVD, cable box or satellite receiver), then something is wrong with the TV and it should be serviced.  If you have a warranty, they should have it fixed or replace the TV with an equivalent model.
