A mage I once knew died in a battle with a demon of moderate class.....?

A mage I once knew died in a battle with a demon of moderate class, we were on task in a spiritual realm when a pack of wild demons attacked, I would like to go back in time to save him, though all I have tried is mentally going back in time, not physically.

Is there anything I could do?

I think you need to stop playing Mage the Ascension, or whatever role playing game it is your playing because its getting to your head.

"wild demons"?  I didn't know there was another kind, I was unaware they could be domesticated like dogs.
