It is E certainly and that makes Europeans think that in USA

Democracy is a term used but not applied.Your system is very near the English system in the first half of 19th century where the voters were few thousands because vote requirements were so high (40 shilling lease holders, copyholders as minimum requirements...) approaching selective oligarchy since your president is always from a very rich backround or is supported by very rich interests.

Once USA has one man one vote(universal suffrage system)

then we can start talking about real representative democracy.
