A man I don't know holding a baby I haven't had?

Question

I had a dream of a man (whom I do not know in real life) holding a baby I do not have (which I do not have in real life), in the dream I am standing at the doorway entrance to my living room and the man is sitting in the chair bouncing the baby on his lap and playing with the baby. While I am standing there the baby is looking over at me and calling for me. The man turns around to look at me and he looks like the baby with the same dark hair and eyes. In the dream I loved the baby as if she were my own. And I also felt a strong connection to the man.

But I haven't had any children in real life or any lovers. Why did I dream this? Does it have any meaning? And Why did I feel so emotional towards those two people I have never even seen or known?

I've searched some websites but haven't really found anything that relates to my dream !

In general, the baby represents your true self, which is just starting to develop (hence represented by a baby).  The man represents your spirit guide, in a way.  He is going to help you develop this baby.

I dont think its a prophetic dream but rather, you can't wait for the time to have a family of your own.  Your subconcious is telling you to not give up just yet.

According to me its a premonition dream ; yes you saw  what is coming in your future ; but the time of this event is hard to determine [ Living room in a dream talk about your love life ]
