what is the conference actually about? as in Dental? respiratory? cardiac? you can go onto the actual website as in IDA(irish dental association)for example and find out, because most likely the hotel website wont be advertising it!

if it is the hotel your looking for that it will be held there are only that will have the size to fit it the biggest been the glen eagles and the next to that but just that bit smaller the towers hotel the glen eagles is the only one that would have the size at that time of the year if you need an address you will find this in irishholels.com and irishhotels.ie

the towers is not a conference hotel. your conference is either being held in the gleneagle or the malton( formerly the greatsouthen) check with these two.
