A medical office billed my minor aged son instead of me. Will this show on his credit report?

As the mail came in his name, I didn't open it or pay the bill. I did pay it late after finding the bill. Will this go on his credit report for him obtaining credit when he is of age?

It might....it is a fairly common mistake medical billers make.  But easy to fix.

Simply monitor his credit report, and if a derogatory item appears, dispute it.  They can not post info on a minor's account.
