A member can receive individual emails but not digests. Fix?

Question

I have removed the member, and then resubbed her. Switched her from Digest to Individual and she receives Individual posts just fine but when I switch her back to Digest, she receives nothing. Please help. I don't know what else to try for her.

some times it takes Yahoo a while to reflect mail changes. at one time not too long ago, it took over 24 hrs.
