if they say u need new pictures by a certain person and they dont offer to pay it usually is a scam.

It is pretty common for some of these " modeling agencies " to do that . I would never pay any kind of money until I had something in writing offering me a for sure job if the pictures were what they wanted , Then I would go to a photographer , maybe someone you know and trust and get enough pictures to show tthem in advaance . Many girls pay the money only to have theeir heart broken and sometimes they don't even get their portfolio back.
