  1. First off all, try to spell Fiance!

  2. First of all you need to be a US citizen yourself to bring your fiance here. You then need to file form !-129(f) and provide proof that the two of you have physically met within the last two years.

Once this is approved he will get a packet from the US Embassy in his country with instructions on how to apply for a K-1 fiance visa. To do this you will both have to prove an ongoing relationship and you will have to provide proof you can support him (you tax returns and pay stubs). If you can't support him you may be able to use a co sponsor if you can find a friend or family member willing to sign an affidavit of support that binds then for up to 10 years.

The whole process costs about $3500 but that is spread over the years it takes to go from filing the first petition to him getting citizenship.

Go to http://www.visajourney.com and read the guides there. That is a free site full of people doing what you want to do and they can give you good advice about how to proceed as well as emotional support.

  3. Here is the website that would be helpful for you

    www.visajourney.com.

  4. try to find a job for him and the employer could sponsor him

  5. Maybe that is all he wants, to come to the USA and then dump you. Watch it!! it could happen.

  6. First, have you actually been there, to his country, to meet him in person?  It's required.  You must have met, in person, at least 1 time during the last 2 years.

Assuming you've met this guy.... File I-129F, I-864 and G-325A with the USCIS.  You can find the forms here.....

    http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/m...

Expect it to take about a year, maybe a little longer.  No, he can't come and wait in the US while the papers are being processed.  No, there's no faster way to do it.

After he gets his fiance visa he will have 6 months to use it to enter the USA.  After he gets here you must get married within 90 days.

After you get married HE must file I-485 and I-765 with the USCIS.  He'll get a work permit in about 90 days, or less.  He'll get his conditional green card in about a year.

  7. umm you have to marry him duhh
