A month ago I was diagnosed with.........?

lyphengitis. My lymphoid, its the one behind my neck near my right ear, is swollen and it hurts. I get severe migraines and the dr tells me its nothing to worry about. Does anyone know what this is and can you help me better understand what I was diagnosed with. Thanks
