  1. tan (2 degrees) = 192/x

    x = 192/tan(2 degrees)

    x  = 5498.16063 m

  2. Your eye is on the horizonal and the base of the monument is x meters away.  The top of the monument is 192 m from the horizontal.

    Draw this.  Now you look up 2 deg and you see the top.  Draw this.  Now you have a right triangle so that

    tan 2 deg = side opposite/side adjacent = 192 m/x

    x = 192 m/(tan 2 degrees) this is the answer

  3. no way lol i just loooked on her for some reason my paper has the same question on it

  4. tan(2degrees) = 192/distance to the monument

    distance to the monument = 192/tan(2 degrees)

    It's a triangle :)
