I recently paid off my debt to buy a house, a mortgage rep suggested that to expedite the home buying process and get my credit score up, that I send my satisfaction letter to the courts? Where is that? And do I need to send it to the credit bureau's also?

  2. dont send your letter to the credit bureau, they just collate the information provided to them from lenders, banks etc.

Yes you need to submit this letter to your court that issued the what i assume is a CCJ.

  3. Your mortgage rep. is an Idiot. Send the letter of satisfaction to the 3 Major Credit Bureaus.

While your at it, get a new Mortgage rep. Better yet, go directly to a bank for a mortgage.

Mortgage Brokers have gone the way of the fax machine.

    There obsolete.

    Good Luck
