A mother getting thrown out!!! What should I do?

My boyfriend threatened to throw me out of our house. We have a daughter together, and he wants to keep her here with him. I have nowhere to go and I can't stand not having my daughter with me! If he succeeds, can he try to make me pay child support and keep her away from me?

take him to the court.im sure you will have a strong case since you are the mother of the child and the victim in this situation.

if you are getting thrown out of your own house without a reason then you should definitely win the case
