  1. You should be able to find plenty of recipes on the Internet. Try the Food Channel web site. You can find recipes for pretty much everything. If you really want short and simple, go to the Kraft foods web site. You can also sign up for free magazines that are filled with easy and healthy recipes. You should also invest in some cookbooks.

    Hope I was helpful! :)

  2. To start out getting comfortable in the kitchen, why not begin cooking with boxed meals - like hamburger helper or tuna helper?  Then once you get confident cooking, expand to other things - get a beginners cookbook and follow the directions - you can also get pre-cooked whole chickens at the grocery store - ad warm tortillas and a salad and you've got a very nice meal.  Restaurant eating is not necessarily unhealthy - unless it's fast food.

  3. If you have a george foreman and a microwave, the world of food is yours.

You can cook any meat you want on the geroge foreman.  steak, chicken, hamburgers, etc.

in the microwave you can do baked potatoes, vegetables, rice, etc.

  4. Try simple things first like boxed dinners like mac and cheese, sandwiches, and salad!! Then check out some kids cookbooks from the library and work from there!!

  5. macaroni and cheese is easy

  6. Go to food tv.com
