A mother who wants her thirteen year old daughter to get breast implants?

She says that it will help her daughter to have confidence when she takes her to modeling auditions. Whats your opinion?

That mother should be shot.  No one should ever express doubt in their child.   As a parent you should be boosting self-esteem, not destroying it.  It doesn't matter if they want to be a model or not, do you think your daughter isn't beautiful?  And at thirteen, there's plenty of growing left to do.  Imagine the ugliness in a few years when the real b*****s are in with an extra fake boob growing out of the side.

That is just plain wrong, the girl's b*****s havent finished developing yet.  i dont think you can even find a plastic surgeon that will even do the surgery for a thirteen year old girl.

ew, that is just weird, moms should be the one dismissing the idea of implants, not presenting it! the kid can just wear one of those bras with lots of padding, or a push up.anyway, there are plenty of ads who will want regular 13 year olds, LOOKING LIKE 13 YEAR OLDS! i think there are plenty of modeling agencies that will want a flat chested 13 year old, if she is even flat.

The mom's point of view has a kind of sick irony to it. She thinks giving her adolescent daughter bigger b*****s will improve her confidence, when she's really just sending her daughter the message that her natural body isn't pretty enough to be model! That's nothing short of twisted. My b*****s didn't even develop until i was 15 or 16, and now they're my best asset. You should tell the 13 year old girl the best way to build confidence is to tell her judgmental mom to bug off.

Your b***s will continue to grow for many more years after you are 13. Nobody will do them, because your b*****s are still growing at 13. The girl should be confident no matter what. That is what people want in models. You know, most runway models are just about an A cup. For girls, they just want her to look normal. If she really want her to look bigger, get her a bra with a little extra padding and/or push up. But even that isn't needed. Seriously, what kind of mom would want that?

people dont look for b*****s when they do the auditions. my friend is a A and she has gotten chosen before. but if the mother does decide to get it done good luck tryin to find a surgen who will actually do it.

i think taht its totally a bad idea, if the 13 year old is gonna be in a porno then brest implants are a great idea. but she only 13!! brest implants are a terriable idea at this age. the mom needs to be in a crazy home. her daughter isnt even fully developed yet, her brest could eventually grow to the size that the implants wil lbe anyway, 13 year olds dont need to have b***s. not to mention her immature body might reject the implants adn that could become a huge problem. i dont even think a doctor would do such an operation on sucha young girl

What kind of a parnet would even mention such a thing? As a 13 year-old, I know as a fact that my boobies are still growing, and getting implants would completely s***w up my body. Yuck yuck YUCK!

What kind of mom would #1- not let, but encourage, their daughter to get breast implants at THIRTEEN, and #2-what kind of mom (no matter how old her daughter is) would tell their daughter that she needs breast implants?? She is thirteen years old. Her bust will get bigger with age. Any parent would know that you aren't supposed to rush things like that. So she is little bit small.
