A movie won't show up in my zune device even though the zune program says it's in there?

I put a movie in my zune and it says it's in there but when i go look at my zune device it's not in there. It's a WMA format movie. The movie is 573MB and I have 26MB left. Does anyone know how to fix this?

What category did you sync it under? When you edited the tags in the program did you pick the movie category? What genre did you put it under? On the device it should show up under that category/genre on the device. All of the videos should appear under All.

When you open the Zune program and connect your Zune does the movie show up when you click on device>videos?
