You don't say from where... From Ireland I have paid as little as €80 with good deal with a low-fares airline up to €400 at peak holiday time (such as Christmas / Easter)

Jet Blue does not fly to Milan.

Depends on when you fly, airfare can get as high as $1200 during the summer from the West Coast. If you look, you can probably find it for $700 on average.

Depends on when you go.  I went last year for just $29.99 on JetBlue.  Only problem, once they got me over there, they never flew me back home.
