A muscle in my arm is... ??

Off and on, there's a muscle in my arm (around the tricep area, right near the elbow more so on the side) that keeps twitching. Like, it's a noticeable twich too; I pulled up my sleeve and it was moving when it twitched. It kind of twitches in a way that you would expect your heart to beat (that's what it FEELS like).

Why is it doing that?

Will it stop for longer than 5 minutes eventually? Because it's getting kind of annoying twitching for a few minutes, seeing it move and everything, then stop for 5ish minutes just so it can start again.

it sometimes happens with other muscles when they twitch but this one is noticeable and feels really weird.

I'M JUST CURIOUS if anyone knows what it actually is doing, if anything other than 'just twitching'
