A new Airline will be in service?

A new Airline that i am going to start will be in service in the next 16-20 years. I would love to bring back TWA. Is it possable to use the name? Or do I have to buy it back from American? If you can help thanks. If i can't use this name then i have another name in mind but can not say due to copyright. My Airline will be just like TWA, %100 full service for everyone no matter what you pay. I want to bring fun back to flying.

Yes, TWA is owned by American when they merged.  Hopefully your airline will succeed.  I know one time some people tried to bring back Pan Am.  Unfortunately it didn't succeed.  Maybe you will have better luck.

American owns the rights to the name TWA, so you would have to buy that back.

Good luck otherwise - profit margins in the industry are razor-thin, so if you can pull it off more power to you.
