A new Cruiserweight Division in WWE?

Ok. If you were in charge of WWE, would you bring back the Cruiserweight Division? If so, what brand would you have it on, or would you have it on all three? Who would you make your new Cruiserweight Champion? And who would be your contendors?

I would put the CW division on ECW so they may have more than one title, also the wrestlers on Smackdown are also on ECW so this way there are many great wrestlers that are not being used to their potential

since chavo became a heavyweight and rey mysterio did to and hornswoggle is no longer on smackdown theres really no need to bring it back and i think its good tht vickie came up with the divas championship because there are so many divas now and the ones on smackdown had no chance of bringing the womens championship over

I'm not really a big fan of the "brands" in the WWE, I'd like to see them come up with something like a traveling trophy (kinda of like the king moniker they use to have) and allow it to be defended on all the brands.

Yes I would it would be competed for on all 3 brands.with a weight limit of 220.The crowned champ would be determined through elimination tournament or chamber match.

WWE does not have enough airtime to properly build and push a crusierweight division. WWE has 2 Hours of Raw + 1 Hour of ECW + 2 Hours of Smackdown = 5 Hours of programming and more than 100 wrestlers and divas. WWE got rid of Shannon Moore and Nunzio last week among other people. Moore and Nunzio would have been cruiserweights. WWE will push smaller wrestlers for a while and then grow bored with them. WWE has crusierweights scattered across all three shows, so it would be hard to have a WWE Cruierweight Championship on one show. The Cruiserweight Champion should be required to be on each show once a month. My choice for WWE Cruiserweight Champion would be Evan Bourne.
