A new LCD TV?

Question

I have a new LCD TV and have a few questions. Does the TV adjust the color and lighting after every channel? The audio takes a while to load after the channel loads. Is this normal? Twice the audio was lost after changing channels and then after turning off the TV and turning it on the speaker made a pop noise. Why did it do that? its new. Plus how long should an LCD HD tv be turned on, can it be leaved on all day?

well i have an LCD HD tv and haven't seen such things yet, i guess it has a defect or so try to let the company check it , cause the delay in picture is understandable but the delay in sound shouldn't occur. and no pop sound should be involved.

I have 2 toshiba LCD TV's and neither do this.  I would take it back for a replacment as I don't think it should happen.
