I saw the Tyra Banks show and also see in the magazines that women are putting their eyeshadow below their eyes. How is this done and do you use the same color as you put on your eye lids?

  1. i don't know what they do but i do that with an angled brush instead of using eyeliner

  2. You use what they call a highlighter color.  This is a lighter color than the rest of your shadow.  It goes right under your eyebrow and is swept under your eye.  Also, sometimes they suggest putting it on the inside corner of your eyes too.  I cannot get into that part though.

  3. yeahh it actually looks really good but youre supposed to use a highlighter pencil or eyeshadow of that sort. I actually bought one yesterday from max factor and it looks great

  4. well when i use the same color for my bottom

i make it a little darker then the eye lid

so i'll add a darker base underneath my eye,

get a thin pencil brush dab it in water stroke it in the eye shadow

and make a line under each eyes, then use a q-tip to wipe away some of the shadow so it's not too harsh,

    hope this helps.

  6. I do this, so I can answer you.

Don't put it on heavy because then you'll just look like you either don't know how to apply makeup, or you're trying to look goth.

If you know how to apply and highlight eyeshadow on your eyes, then good. Use the color that you use on the outermost edge, and put it a little under your eyes at the edge. Do NOT go any farther. It will look terrible otherwise.
