  1. the things you have to look for, are where are you going to use it, in heavy seas, going skiing, if you want to race it go for a large sized pitch, or if you are allways out in heavy to medium sea, i would down grade to a smaller pitch, you dont need speed props in rough coditions, also do you want a stainless or alloy prop, stainless are good if you are one of those people that hit things, but alloy are the best way to go, if you have a large engine, a stainless prop can do damage to the gear box with a large following swell, if you look on the side of the prop you will see some numbers, for instance 14 x 15 thats the blade size and pitch, so heavy seas = 14 x 14 or speed 16 x 19
