A newspaper keeps writing about me and putting my name in the paper, what can i do ?

I emailed them and They didnt write me back.

What can I Do to get them to stop.

I think you should probably refrain from any conduct which is newsworthy or of interest to the public.

If your name is attached to some past incident, then the public interest will eventually run its course and you will no longer be newsworthy.

Who did you email at the newspaper -- reporter, city editor, managing editor?

Get a lawyer to write them a letter (or email) next time .

We could give a much better answer if you indicated what they're writing about.  Were you accused of something?  Were you convicted of something?  Are you a public figure?
