A non-expensive eyeliner that doesn't smear?

i need to get new eyeliner because mine smears down under my eyes at the end of the day, so i want to get a brand that isn't expensive but stays in place.

Revlon colorstay is the absolute best best best!!!! I love it!  Its only 7 bux buy it right away!!!!

Almay 16 hour eyeliner. it's about 6 bucks. it works AMMAAAAZING.

Jane is good but it's hard to use at first.There's another one but I can't think of the name of it right now. It's always on an endcap in the drugstores. I like to use Loreal but it's high. Too high.
