  1. It has dense radioactive emission.

  2. My understanding is that  the area of the nuclear bomb hits is continually emitting dangerous levels of  radiation even many years after the explosion. That is why they had to built a dome around the blast site in Japan to contain the radiation when they got hit by a nuke back in WW2.

  3. Its harder to hide a twenty megaton TNT bomb.

  4. Bad smell??

The answer is radiation.  The bomb dropped on Hiroshima killed roughly 70,000 immediately, but probably 140,000 by the end of 1945 and thousands more since from injuries or illness attributed to exposure to radiation.

  5. radiation which kills and lingers long after the explosion.

  6. it looks more impressive

  7. E=mc^2
