I would really recommend almost anything at charlotte russe and forever 21. I usually buy my outfits for work there. Try a cute blouse with or without a blazer. and whatever your preference.... some slacks or a pencil skirt.

U can wear heels or some flats but they have to look dressy not like if u were going out with your friends

this is a very cute outfit, for an older and mature person interviewing at a bigger company eg: banana republic, club monaco, or designer brand places, LV, etc etc
