A package from USA to UK....How much?

My friend is sending me a package of teeth whitening products that are only available in the USA.

Two boxes of crest whitening strips at 4.8 ounces each - how much will it cost for her to send this to me in the UK from Washington, USA?

i believe ups.com or your local post office has an online thing where you can type in where its heading ect and then gives the price
