Question:

A pain in my side?Any help what it is?

I recently started cross country practice for the season and I've developed a pain in my left side. It's above my hip bone and feels about where my left oblique is. But we haven't been doing any ab exercise so is there a way to prevent and treat it? But also, any idea what it is?

  1. i get that all the time when i do any hardcore exercising.

    its just a cramp you get when you work hard, especially if you're breathing heavily.

    there's no way to treat it but to make it stop just rest for a minute or two until it goes away.
