A painting of mine won't lay flat in one corner. how do i make it lay flat?

i stretched the canvas myself. i've never had this issue before. the canvas appear flat until i hang it on the wall and just one corner won't lay flush to the wall. how do I correct this?

a lot of times if you wet both sides of the canvas or paper..it wont curve.. maybe if you just brush some water over the back of the canvas in that area it will lay flat.

if its still on the frame, just try (very carefully) to bend it so the frame is square and flat.

if its not on the frame... try what the above poster suggested (very carefully), or you could try flattening it with a heavy flat object (phone books), or try ironing it with a tea towel or something on top (very carefully with only a warm iron).

but please...if it looks OK, i wouldnt even bother playing with it.  You dont want to have spent a lot of time on a piece, only to ruin it with something like this...
