School's starting tomorrow, i'm in grade 11. The only reason i'm really really really really really nervous is because if my ex-best friends are in my class- it would be awkward. And i might not know where the class is at first and i will walk in when the bell already rang(awkward) I've been to this school since Grade 9.

But last semester, i couldn't find one of my classes, i panicked and went home crying.

It started yesterday afternoon- It felt hard to breath and i go a stomach ace for a little. I also gotheadacheace before bed. I woke up today and felt fiuntilill the afternoagainian, and now still (it's 6:26PM now) my lungs feel weird. It's so hard to explain. I don't think I ever felt like this before.

What is this? thanks alot.

p.s: i have social anxiety.

  1. Actually I don't have a degree in Psychology but I do suffer Panic Disorder and that doesn't sound like an attack. It sounds like it's just nerves, bad nerves will give you a stomach ache. The bad nerves can give you stomach ulcers. But the head aches and stomach aches are from really bad nerves, when you get the pain in your stomach drink a cup of milk and stay away from anything with acids in it like citrus, tomato sauces, anything acidic.

An actual panic attack involves much more than just one or two symptoms. Although if you do not calm your nerves you can work yourself into a panic attack, but trust me it's not an illness you want. It is the worst feeling in the world, honestly.

  2. It sounds like a panic attack. Although it's normal to feel anxious when school is starting up again, it shouldn't be so bad that you can't function properly. If these problems continue seek professional advice. There are different coping mechanisms, breathing techniques, and even medication that could help.
