Question:

A parolee that went to a state to do only six months on parole. Which some states have now. What must they do?

meaning befor the inmate get out on parole, they check to see if they can do the new six months parole, which they can so that person go to a state that has the six month parole law however the parolee did'nt get into no trouble did want was ask,(work, report,etc) and the six months is up but can't get off why would that be?

  1. You would need to check your sources more carefully or possibly someone has misinterpretted what they read, but no state has a maximum 6 month parole law or statute on their books.

    The only possible way that could happen would be if the state did not allow a person to apply for their parole until they had just 6 months left on their sentence, and I have never heard of that one either.
