So last night after work i went to a girl friends house where there WAS drinking. When i got there, a kid was drunk & being loud so he was told to leave. His sister who picked him up got pulled over & after being questioned he told the police where he had been drinking. Two hours later cops showed up & wanted to breathalize every one. The cops eventually tested every one & i blew nothing. My question is(finally), can i get in trouble for being there even after the party was over? The cop already knew i arrived after the fact that people were drinking so he let me drive home & im 17, you have to be 18. Im on probation & they DID write my info down. The girl(who lives at the house) told the cops that i wasnt there when drinking was involved & she said she'd go to court for me if she had to. Basically i was at a house where there WAS drinking & the cops knew that & they let me go can i still get in trouble?? Also will my name get to the court house??
