You do nothing. It isn't your problem.

Sometimes the flight attendants will tell you to return to your seat.  You can ignore them, but you might get an FAA violation, which is pretty expensive.  You could also be placed on the no fly list, and be barred from ever getting on a plane again.  I just hope you are going home when this happens!  Good luck.

There is a "Fasten Seat Belt" sign in the lav to advise the occupant to return to their seat as soon as possible.

Point and laugh when turbulence knocks them down and they go tumbling through the aisle.  Those signs exist for a reason.
