*** the amalgam was Zn containing amalgam

*** the reason is delayed expansion

now what will b the treatment??????????

  1. How do you know the reason for pain is delayed expansion?  Was the filling close to the pulp?  Maybe the occlusion is high.  Did the tooth have prior symptoms before the filling was done? Are there any other findings on the radiograph?  These questions need to be answered first.
