try some hairspray, spray on and rub a little and then wash as usual.

if that fails, try windex, same method

dab some rubbing alcohol on it.

Hairspray should work. The alcohol in it dissolves ink. Spray some aerosol hairspray onto the affected areas and launder as ususal.

Or dab isopropyl alcohol onto the stains and launder.
