  1. You cannot get much for $200,000 in BC.  In the smaller towns, you might, if you were lucky, get an older home that would need a lot of fixing up.

  2. Visit REMAX, there are many choices.

  3. Well, your aren't going to get much.  I live in BC and just bought last year.  For 200,000 I got a very old 2 bedroom house,  out in the boonies.  It's a small economically depressed town, about 45 minutes away from the next city via a very windy road.  I am happy with it, but have other ideas about what a perfect house would be.  Oh, that was last year, they just said prices are up 10%.  I live on Vancouver Island, and all the desirable places are double the price.  Vancouver is the same.

  4. living in BC is very expensive

try on remax as Robby said  on his post or on this

  5. mls.ca

This website provides listings from all Realtors.  You can choose your price and see what is available.

  6. For that price you can't get much anywhere you would be interested in. You could get something in a small northern town in Ontario. I bought a house for 22 000$ 15 years ago and sold it back the same price last year. But I don't think you'd like it there :)

  7. check multiple listing service
