  1. these days  you cant hide for long------------new technology----------dont even think about it------------soon the criminal will be caught.

  2. Certainly not through Yahoo! Answers. But by following

time tested investigative procedures and good police work and techniques.

  3. He can be traced though his ration card, passport, DL, PAN, Bank a/c, relatives, friends etc.

  4. Criminals can't hidden himself due to his mentality he becoame in highlite due to his behaviour.

  5. Finger prints, DNA, having stolen merchandise in his possession, his ex-wife turns him in.  There are all kinds of ways.

  6. Many ways.  look up John List.  He ran away from 5 murders for many years and was found living in Virginia when the crimes occurred in NJ..../

  7. I am not sure but i think they could put a search warrant out for him.

  8. It's not so easy any more to adopt a new identity. Of course, if he ever happens to be arrested for anything, they will identify him when his fingerprints go in. People have done it and stayed free a long time. If they're willing to live a pretty marginal life, they might get away for many years, if it's not such a major crime that someone makes a project out of them. If it's much of a crime, they always have to wonder about running into someone from the past or turning on the television and seeing their face on AMW. And, if anyone is really working on finding them, there's a danger every time they contact a relative or take part in some activity where they were active before. Most of the old 60's violent radicals got a lot of help during their first years as a fugitive from the network of sympathizers. Some of the women who pulled it off for decades had the advantage of marrying and not having to work and getting a free second name change from their cover name to their married name. The Internet makes it harder for anyone fugitive from a major crime, or even a minor one, if the agency has a web site with photos of fugitives and someone who now knows them just happens to run across it.
