  1. This question doesn't make a lot of sense.  Are you sure he really hacked you in the sense of compromising your computer accounts through his use of a computer, or did he somehow get you to give him the info?  I also don;t understand what you meant by "he gave me my passwords back" since if they were never changed, you never lost them, but if they were changed, there would only be a problem if he did something malicious or something to somebody.  That would be the most important part but since you didn't mention what he did, no problem, right.

"one of them has info on me"

    What info?

"would happen if i call my ISP?"

What do you think would happen?  What would you tell them?

  2. Your ISP can't help you if you already know who it was.

    Call the police.

  3. Create passwords that are not in the dictionary.

  4. Just change all your passwords & use a good anti virus, anti spyware & firewall, also use Firefox instead of IE. Here are some links if you need them:

  5. From your description it looks like you gave him your passwords and this started the issues.  If this is the case, your ISP would probably blame you for foolishness.

I suggest you change passwords and not give them to others and learn from this error.

  6. well doubt they could do anything about AIM or Facebook but if the E-mail was through them then they would take legal action.
