    the iris is simply the colored part of the eye that limits how much light enters the eye. pretty sometimes but not helpful in vision.

    the pupil is just the opening in the iris. you could not ever touch one. it is simply a name given to the hole, black center of the iris.

    the cornea is the outer covering or lens of the eye, it aids in focusing but changinf its shape but does not aid in color vision.
