A place in my town has stuff that come from target & sear.?

I would like to open a place like this in another town. Noone will tell me where they get the stuff. I do know they travel to Ohio. If you anyone knows please help me start a business . The stuff may have something little wrong with it. Lots of people goes there. I know I could make money too
