A place to selll golf clubs?

i started playing golf about a year ago and i suck, and want to sell them to buy a bass guitar as im joining a band, apart from ebay where can i sell golf clubs.

If you have the time and patience, eBay will get you more looks at your item. But then you'll have to pay fees and shipping charges.

If you want to do it as cheap and Free as possible. List on Craigslist so you can find buyers closer to your area and be able to still sell at a decent price or meet locally so you don't pay any shipping costs. Maybe you'll be able to find someone who'll trade you their guitar for your golf set.

You'll get significantly less money at used-sports stores or trade-in at big golf shops so you'll take a hit on getting any money back if you go that route.

golf places will give you credit towards more clubs, not cash.  Pawn shops, ebay, other auctin sites.  Donate them to charity and take a tax break.  

Heck, I have a charity golf outing in a few weeks, donate the clubs to us, we will auction them, and you can get a tax break for the value of the clubs.  e-mail at [e-mail] if your interested.

Try craigslist. You're not going to get much for a set of Slazengers, no matter where you sell them.

sell them in a car boot sale.

or try and find someone that has a bass guitar that wants to get rid of it for golf clubs.
