A plane drops two packages at 2 different spots, find where they will land?

If a plane flying horizontally at a speed of 50 m/s and at an elevation of 160 m drops a package and 2 seconds later it drops another package. How would I find out how far apart the packages would be on the ground?

  1. Assuming that all other things are equal, two packages dropped two seconds apart from a vehicle moving horizontally at 50 m/s will land (2s * 50 m/s) = 100m apart.
