A plasma alternative energy source?

I eard about a plasma chamber that can produce enough energy for the current world. I know it need some researching. How does the plasma chamber work. Also, what does the plasma chamber needs to make energy?

It does not work unless you are using plasma to produce fusion. No one has been able to harness it yet.
