A player is stalling. How can I cancel the game?

Just exit the game.

Unlike GOO who seems to not wont to play with people who win.

Just click on exit and close the game.

Unfortunately there's not much you can do other then wait her out.  Here is a tip for you before playing that I use when playing Hearts to see if someone is a stalller.  I check their player information, if somone has one has alot of abandoned game or if they won a huge percentage of all the games they've been in I won't play them.
