  1. we will use Newton's second Law, F=ma

    the mass is (presumably) 0.2kg

    we can find the accel by knowing that the speed has changed by 6m/s in 2 s

    accel=change in speed/time = 6m/s/2s=3 m/s/s

    so the force used = 0.2 kg x 3 m/s/s = 0.6 N


  2. acceleration = change in velocity/ time duration of change

    a= 6/2= 3 m/s^2

    You haven't put the units of 0.200, I'm assuming that this is mass given in Kg.

    Force = mass * acceleration = 0.200 * 3 =0.600 Newton
